• Implemented CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to be used at more than 20 International sites. Developed easy to use “How-to” manuals for staff, supported staff in training, continually interface with staff on improvements• Manage Annual Capex budget over $5 Million for improvement and equipment end of life replacement projects. Work with team of 4-8 staff to determine priorities and allocate funds. Interface with Finance team to gain proper approvals on projects and over see that projects are completed within the company fiscal year.• Manage individual capex projects related to modernization of critical infrastructure equipment• Participated in companywide cost savings initiative within the international facilities group to reduce OPEX in more than 20 international locations. Yearly savings targets were $250,000 to $500,000 within this group.• Manage OPEX for Maintenance contracts, Repairs and Electricity for multiple sites, coordinating with Site Staff regarding priorities and emergency repairs• Provided oversite to ensure we met regulatory and Health and Safety compliance with TATA Group standards• Participate in Companies Sustainability efforts, including being a team member to award a Third Party assessment of the Companies sustainability program
