I served as the principle adviser to the Battalion Commander for training and development of Battle Command related topics and all areas regarding Field Grade Officer development and BDE and BN S6 education. During my tenure as the S6 team leader, I developed, wrote and implemented a new Program of Instruction (POI) for the BN S6 course. I also designed, wrote, developed and implemented the POI for the BDE S6 course which is now the standard for all Field Grade Signal Officer training.
