Managed a small team(4-8) to install on site. Solving problems encountered on site, reducing installation times by 1-3 days depending on size of project. Giving constructive feedback to the manufacturing team at the workshop. Liaising with clients, updating them on the program we’re going to follow and special access.

Introduction of various systems, Production meetings, Quality, Timeand attendance, Daily time sheet, Vehicle Management, Purchaseorders, Production drawings and cuttinglists. Resulting in tracking production capacity and performance.On a daily basis, all staff received an overview of the current status of each project.Problem areas were indentified early and suitable solutions were ably to be implemented.
