As part of the senior management certification regime at DGS Independent Financial Advisers Limited, I am a director SMF3, Compliance oversight SMF16, MLRO SMF17 and Insurance mediation together with day to day operations of the company and the implementation of new regulatory initiatives. We co-founded DGS with my Business Partner and long term colleague Steve Piacenti, in 1999.I joined the Financial Services industry in 1972, as a district agent with the Prudential. After various promotions, i retired from Prudential in 1999.Myself and Steve Piacenti purchased HCR Independent Financial Advisers, an established IFA in Billericay Essex, as a Director on the 3rd April 2018.Myself, Steve and Simon set up DGS Employee Benefits Ltd. on the 29th January 2020.
