Serve as the principle human resources adviser to the executive leadership in multiple organizations. Responsible for successfully planning, coordinating and executing all human resource requirements and key functions for two organizations with over 3000 employees each and one organization with over 400 employees. Lead, manage and mentor over 100 human resource professionals to ensure the efficient and effective support to a combined total of over 7500 military and civilian members in a combat and non-combat environment.

Served as the Postal Supervisor for three regional post offices with 53 members providing general and direct postal support to over 25,000 customers. Deployed 18 members to a hostile environment to provide postal support to over 23,000 military, civilian and contract personnel while continuing to provide postal support to over 25,000 customers. Provided the technical expertise for postal support for foreign coalition partners and United Nations protected persons.

Provided the human resource knowledge, expertise and abilities along with the intermediate level leadership, management and training to a variety of organizations throughout the U.S. Army and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) at the tactical, operational and strategic level. Applied the human resource requirements and application in tactical and non-tactical environments without loss of capability.
