While working with the Carl Black Auto Group, I directed and implemented all daily marketing and operations strategies for F&I processes companywide to maximize profit margins and profitability within the group. I implemented strategic sales processes, performance based incentives and expense control measures, which increased net income substantially. I managed the companies retail and lease portfolio and implemented the compliance program for all stores.I established job descriptions to clarify accountability, trained all F&I managers and staff on new performance objectives, providing motivation through daily performance reporting and generating a team oriented buy-in among staff. As a result, we accomplished a record low turnover of personnel, reduced reinsurance loss ratios by 6%, and produced record net income for the automotive group finance department in both 2009 and 2010.

After achieving considerable success as the Senior District Manager, I was offered a promotion with an expanded territory in the Southeast, selling Service Contracts, Maintenance and GAP insurance to existing clients. This was a very exciting and challenging position in which I maintained relationships with as many as 110 dealerships throughout the Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama markets. I worked to expand this territory through business to business sales, in store training and development as well as process implementation. I also established relationships with prospective dealers to mine for new business and consistently accomplished 14-16% annual growth. By recruiting and rebuilding our sales team, I continued to lead my territory to breakthrough plateaus, achieving record peaks in annual premiums.

With a successful history in sales and sales management after college, I accepted a position with RDG overseeing sales and service for 26 accounts throughout Georgia as the Senior District Manager. I evaluated and implemented proven processes and procedures to drive organic revenue growth in the district. This helped me to achieved “Honor Ring” status from 1996 through 1999 as well as enjoying 6-year membership in the Champions Club from 1989 to 1995. The success of my new campaigns enabled me to receive additional recognition, including nomination for the Resource Dealer Group “Top Performance” Award in 2000 and winning the National Warranty Contest in 2001.
