Description: Senior leadership role with oversight of technical design and operational execution of large scale underground gold mine. Responsibilities including the following: - Technical oversight of 240kozpa gold operation including direction of following departmental functions - planning - drill and blast - paste - ventilation - Optimisation of planning systems to maximise recovery and value of orebody- Optimisation of extraction methods in structurally complex orebody with transition from cut and fill to LHOS - Oversight of external contracts including diamond and ITHH drilling- Input into mgmt of Opex budgets - Input for COG, cost models and preparation of annual reserves - Preparation of mining schedules from 13 week to LOM- Budget preparation including Capex/Opex forecasting - Competent user of Deswik packages including CAD, Sched, IS and D&B- Involvement in application of site safety systems including job hazard analysis and incident investigations - Design and execution of capital improvement projects including install of underground ore bins, underground magazine and fuel bays, pump stations and concrete mixing bays- Coaching of engineers and the development of succession planning for roles within the team Core Skills: - Optimisation and safe execution of LOM plan through developing the capability of technical teams and implementing industry best practice for narrow vein gold mining.

Description: Supervisory engineering role responsible for ensuring that short, medium and long term mine plans are implemented to maximise project value. Responsibilities including the following: • Prepare forecasts and assist in developing the mining strategy with assistance from the geology department, planning and production engineers • Complete economic assessments on regional stoping blocks to ensure financial viability, inclusive of associated development and infrastructure• Oversee the preparation of short-term schedules and assist Production Engineers with implementation of designs• Review of costs to establish Life of Mine Plan and develop cut-off grades for Ore Reserve Estimations• Investigation of alternate mining methods that may have the potential to reduce operating costs• Coaching of junior engineers and the development of succession planning for roles within the teamCore Skills:• Optimisation and execution of the life of mine plan to enable the business to meet its long- and short-term objectives in terms of production and cost within the Mining Department

Description: Secondment senior engineering role at the Macraes operation to assist in the achievement of the budgeted mine plan.Responsibilities including the following:• Support to the engineering team in the design and execution of single level, retreat open stoping in a structurally complex, flat dipping and narrow orogenic gold orebody• Review of design parameters and reconciliation process with the intent of optimisation of mining techniques• Review of mine planning process to identify system improvements to better convey the mining strategy and promote accountability to achievement of the plan• Mine design projects including identification of remnant stoping options to incrementally improve the productivity of the operation along with mine area designs including economic analysis and risk management• Mine infrastructure projects including pumping system review and optimisation• Collaboration with technical services and operations teams to develop practical solutions in challenging metamorphic schist with low rock strengths and a high degree of convergence• Learning from the extensive experience of the Macraes team while also coaching in techniques applied at other mining operations Core Skills:• Collaboration with and coaching of engineers to share industry best practice and improve safe production outcomes• Further exposure to narrow vein hosted mining methods, with a focus on performance in very poor ground• Continuous improvement with respect to safety, mine design, execution and reconciliation• Further developed understanding of the mine planning process and importance of clearly communicating strategy and interrogating compliance to mine plans

Description: Engineering role responsible for mentoring team of national engineers to achieve quality outcomes from underground mining operations. Responsibilities including the following:• Oversight of design work for sub – level open stoping to ensure safe and efficient extraction• Championing the short-term production schedule to ensure compliance with forecasts• Development of standards for drill and blast including rise and ring timing sequences and optimisation of the stope note process• Mine design optimisation including declines, ventilation and capital infrastructure• Development of unique engineering solutions in a challenging porphyritic orebody• Involvement in LOM planning process including technical approach to extraction sequences, equipment productivity and mining unit cost analysis• Exposure to emerging mining automation and analytics technologies• Coaching of national workforce on international industry standards with regards to safetyCore Skills:• High level of cultural awareness, able to perform at a high level within a diverse team• Coordination and coaching of national engineers to share industry best practice• Further exposure to bulk base metal mining methods• Continuous improvement with respect to mine design, execution and reconciliation• Exposure to complexities of operating within a developing country with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining a social license to operate
