Responsible for managing the capital budget for the North Atlantic Personal Care businesses. The position also oversees strategy for manufacturing execution systems and capital management systems.

Responsibilities include: management of product supply financial processes including capital management systems, cost of sales, and cost savings processes. Member of the lean office and strategy deployment process. Also responsible for all manufacturing systems in facilities in Canada, U.S. U.K., France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic. This includes business process ownership for supply chain systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), quality, SAP interfaces, material movement/scanning, safety, specification management and supplier advisory systems. Created 5 year strategy for manufacturing systems in 2008. Led team of 12 direct reports.

Special Assignment for Product Supply Organization. Recapitalization project for Personal Care businesses. Including rationalization of manufacturing footprint, updated and new product platforms and asset transfers across legal entities.

Leader for all aspects of the Forecast-to-Stock business processes during the primary implementation of SAP R/3 in Kimberly-Clark. Direct responsibilities included management over business processes, change management, blueprint, design, test and implementation, FRICE (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, & Enhancements), training and start-up. Led a multidiscipline team of ITS, business, SAP consultants and business delivery partners. Geographies included United States, Canada, Mexico, Honduras, and Slovakia.
