I am Senior Counsel in the litigation section of Keller and Heckman's Washington Office. I have been trying cases for over 30 years. I practice appellate, civil and administrative litigation as well as white collar defense. I also counsel clients on matters regulated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.I represent businesses, trade associations and individuals in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before administrative agencies with a concentration on Lanham Act false advertising, contract and product liability disputes. I also advise members of the business community on litigation avoidance and I work with health care professionals and others on matters regulated by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. Prior to entering private practice, I served 12 years as an Assistant United States Attorney and received a special achievement award from the Justice Department.
