A step back from my role in the workplace to focus on personal enrichment and professional development. With a wonderful team in place we shared success in maximizing occupancy, improving NOI and margins, significantly increased staff and family satisfaction scores to top 3 (of 33), and excellent quality assurance scores. Both communities featured expert care with an emphasis on dignity, compassion, and unparalleled activity programming.

Narrows Glen is a 235 unit luxury IL/AL/ALZ CARF accredited community on 16 acres. Managed a $6mm property renovation with additional $1mm in capital improvement projects. Improvements in areas including occupancy, NOI, resident and employee satisfaction, and staff turnover reductions from over 105% down to 47%.

Cardinal Point is a premier entrance fee CCRC with 92 IL/AL luxury apartments and five star services and amenities with consistently high occupancy rates.
