CurrentAs the Chief Software Architect, I am responsible for all defining, designing, developing, testing, documenting, user training, and improving a complete, End-To-End Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Shop Floor Management (SFM), Warehouse Management System (WMS) ecosystem designed to work within our unique business processes. The software ecosystem controls all in-house workflows like Sales Lead Management, Customer Service, Estimating, Purchasing, Production Management, Time Tracking, Job Costing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Financials, Human Resources, Reporting, and Executive Management Dashboard with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).While streamlining and automating our customer and vendor workflows, I became the EDI Technical Lead, and currently the EDI Director, for all PD Tempo, PD Solid, and PD Alpha divisions. Currently, I monitor and assist in all aspects of EDI Purchasing and Invoicing allowing me to be completely proficient in EDI 204, 201, 214, 850, 860, 812, 820, 824, 846, 856, 867 and 810 documents. While updating our legacy EDI Systems, I lead the Conversion from Sterling Commerce's GenTran to 1EDISource's EDI/HQ Software and designed all Inbound & Outbound Data Maps as well as ingrating EDI HQ into our ERP custom workflow.With all of this new automation and streamlining, I assisted in all accounting divisions to maintain a high return of EDI invoicing while reducing manual processing. To make the most of this investment, I educated Customers & Vendors on our standards and policies for EDI in the area of Purchasing, Change Requests, Invoicing, Deduction Details, and Remittances.
