Responsible for the readiness, welfare, training, and professional development for a diverse workforce consisting of 160 Soldiers, Army Civilians, Local German Nationals, and their families. This organization ensures the secure and timely delivery of Information Technology in support of United States European Command and United States Africa Command.

Served as a Senior Project Manager on a Department of the Army selected team of experienced Signal leaders to demonstrate the feasibility of reorganizing and retraining a dispersed set of signal units to effectively operate as a Division Signal Battalion. In this capacity, my primary responsibilities were to develop shared understanding and trust between several organizations and effectively lead a team of experts to develop, coordinate, and provide technical training for over 200 employees. Several key objectives were met during this pilot program, including reaching Full Operational Capacity within 90 days and the development of a standard approach for Signal support across the 3rd Infantry Division.

Camp Humphreys, South Korea

Served as the Senior Operations Manager for a tactical signal organization consisting of over 65 communications platforms and 600 personnel. My primary responsibilities included providing technical oversight and planning for the employment of all organizational assets in support of 8th US Army, Republic of Korea Army, and rotational forces operating in the Korean theater. Additionally, I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive training and certification strategy that resulted in a communications reliability rate exceeding 95% for the organization. Collectively, I led, managed, and provided technical support for the successful deployment of over 160 communications platforms in support of 30 major training objectives and key exercises.

Served as the Technical and Operations Manager for a Satellite Control Battalion. In this capacity, I managed the operations of, and provided technical guidance to a team of technical experts with a unique mission of controlling satellite communication requirements supporting POTUS, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and all Combatant and Unified Commands. This team was responsible for focusing the collective efforts of six geographically dispersed Wideband Satellite Operations Centers (WSOCs) operated by 6 Signal Companies and managing their 24/7/365 operational requirements. Additionally, I provided senior level oversight of the organization’s Certification, Verification, and Endorsement program which insured the compliance in all technical areas of WSOC operations.
