I oversee the design, development, product management, support and quality assurance of the FusionPro product line, which is widely used throughout the world for personalized and on-demand document creation. The FusionPro document design tool, being a plug-in to Adobe Acrobat and InDesign on Macintosh and PC computers is written in C++ but has components in Java, C#, JavaScript, and even Python. The FusionPro server edition is a robust, high-performance document creation system used around the world in high-volume production facilities in the area of millions of records a week. I also oversee the development of FusionPro Expression, the personalized image product.

I oversaw the development and maintenance of 5 software products, including DL Pager, DL Composer, FrameLink, the Adobe PDF Library port, and DL Formatter. DL Formatter was my design which was purchased by Printable Technologies in 2004. My staff and I moved with the product and I became a VP at Printable.

At CCH I worked as a programmer and then manager of the CCH Access online and CD-Based content retrieval systems. These were DOS and Windows-based client/server applications that predated online search systems of today. Also I oversaw a group that developed editorial tools for the body of legal staff to edit their content in SGML.
