Beginning with my role as a systems administrator at Penn National Gaming, I have over 23 years of experience within the systems architecture, software development and telecommunication arenas. My primary area of expertise has been in analyzing requirements, designing systems and leading teams in the subsequent development, testing and deployment to operations. I have been operating in an intelligence community environment for the last 17 years, managing of teams of assorted sizes.
