Professional with a career developed in the areas of Accounting, Cost Management, Treasury, Taxation, Tax Planning, Procurement, and Internal Controls in companies within the Technology, Engineering, Distribution, and Consulting sectors.• Responsible for financial reporting in BRGAPP in accordance with Law 11.638, IFRS, and USGAAP, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports enabling comparison between budgeted and actual results; • Preparation of the annual budget and long-term scenarios (MTP Mid Term Plan for 5 years); • Cash flow projections, assessing working capital and investment needs;• Solid knowledge of Income Tax and indirect taxes such as ISS, PIS, and COFINS; • Tax planning, evaluation of the tax impacts on state and interstate operations, utilization of accumulated tax credits, and recovery of tax credits; • Technical and economic feasibility analysis of investments; • Experience in general accounting and financial analysis with a strong ability to implement best practices; • Implementation of systems in the area of industrial cost management and integrated systems; • Restructuring of the controllership areas and monitoring of key business KPIs; • Proficiency in financial analysis and identification of variations and trends that indicate potential exposures and the need for countermeasures; • Deferred Income Tax and Deferred Revenue; • Involvement with intercompany transactions and the related tax impacts (Transfer Pricing, Loans, Fee/Overhead); • Profitability analysis by SKU, customer, and product group; • Team formation, development, and leadership; • Investments using the Cost Method and Equity Method; • Support to foreign companies establishing operations in Brazil, concerning taxation and obligations; • Management and profitability analysis by customer contract.Contact: amsteracqua@gmail.com or +55 11 94977-3027
