I am Co-Founder at Evolve Digital Group. Evolve Digital Group is a marketing agency providing support for emerging private fund managers across all assets classes/strategies, and emerging companies, mostly in Web3/Crypto/Blockchain. Having a deep background in private funds/capital introduction and cryptocurrency/blockchain, along with my prior experience as a Director of Institutional Services at a digital-assets capital markets firm, which included Prime Brokerage, Margin Financing, Spot Exchange, Custody and Fund Administration, my vast network provides fund managers and companies with access to a suite of qualified investors as well as best-in-class counterparties. I am also Co-Founder of Wall Street South Networking, a banking/financial services networking forum serving South Florida. For a 3 year period, I Co-Founded the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association.While my securities licenses have lapsed, I have successfully passed in my 30 year financial services career Series 7, 52, 55, 63, and 66, Florida Life/ Health, as well as completed a 1 year program from Boston University for the Certified Financial Planner exam. Recently, I passed the SIE exam to begin my re-licensing process for some of the aforementioned licenses.
