I started in the auto glass field as a technician which I quickly moved up the ranks into managing 14 glass stores from South Dakota to Arkansas. This included managing & motivating 50+ employees in 5 states.While at Dwyer Group for 10 years I worked with franchisees across the United States & Canada. My main focus while working with these franchisees was on start ups and developing a sure start process to insure that each franchisee was guided through the opening process. Today I own the Glass Doctor Franchise operation in central Texas. This is a great opportunity to prove the system.
