Responsible for managing all aspects of the Key Account and Partner Management group. Supervise a team of specialists in support of all Key Account functions including interruptible (dual-fuel) business development and support, third party natural gas supplier management and issue resolution; and energy assistance. Manage multiple outsourced partners for multiple payment channels, including authorized walk-in payment agents, retail lockbox, electronic payments, kiosks. Manage alternative payment solutions including Automatic Name Change Program and Summary billing options. Develop marketing and advertising initiatives to drive enrollment and adoption of the eservice self service customer web portal and self service IVR. Create and maintain relationships with Key Account customers including Federal and Local Government agencies, property management firms, colleges and universities and large commercial/industrial customers to provide issue resolution and enhanced customer experience. Initiate and maintain relationships with outside vendors through issuance of RFI's, RFP's, vendor review contract negotiation and monitoring of service level agreements.

Identified, developed and executed strategic and tactical customer account plans to include interruptible, delivery service including third party energy marketers. Developed and provided both the program and sales to promote master to individual meter conversions and interruptible (dual-fuel) customers.

Market natural gas for a variety of applications in the commercial and multi-family segments. Awarded three top sales awards for sales volume and cost containment.

Marketed natural gas for use in Multi-Family applications in new construction and fuel conversions. Developed strategies to retain natural gas load in existing multi-family and townhouse developments.Increased market share of natural gas use in multi-family projects from 15% to 90%.
