Also converted from QuickBooks Enterprise to PeopleSoft and began the implementation of electronic visit verification (“EVV”) using the CellTrak platform.• Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) – in a little over 2.5 years, successfully evaluated, executed, and integrated six (6) PCL tuck-ins, representing $54.5M in annualized revenue as the PCL financial leader; partnering with the Corporate Development and Integration teams, with leading responsibilities in financial diligence, quality of earnings, execution, and integration. • Partnered with the Assurance Services department to ensure PCL successfully came under full scope of the SOX requirements. PCL VP Leader for all key controls outside of Corporate. PCL standing member on the accountability governing body for internal controls over financial reporting (“ICFR”) – the ICFR Committee. Ensured successful completion of external audits by KPMG related to PCL.• Prepared PCL budgets, forecasts, KPIs and updates used for BOD, month-end review, capital projects, and other reporting and analysis.• Continued to build upon the scalability of the PCL platform to position for growth into a multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue division across the country, like its larger Home Health and Hospice sister divisions.
