Co-Founder and CEO of an internationally-distributed, fully-remote sports analytics company. Our goal is to apply an innovative business model to build the world's best sports intelligence platform. In so doing, we intend to help the professional sports teams in our partner network compete and win championships.

Founded the Baseball Research and Development (R&D) team prior to the 2015 season. Over four seasons, the R&D team has grown from one full-time employee to twenty, spanning software development, data analytics, and performance technologies. The R&D team supports all functions within Baseball Operations by 1) developing competitive advantages through statistics, applied math, and biomechanics research, and 2) creating data-driven systems and tools to improve organizational decision-making.

Taught the core Operations Management course in the Texas Executive MBA program in the fall of 2013 and 2014. Revised and taught the introductory doctoral course on Optimization in the spring of 2014. Taught two 60-person sections of the introductory undergraduate Operations Management course in the spring of 2015.

Served as an advisor for analytics and statistical modeling focused on player evaluation, amateur draft, and roster decision-making.

Taught three 90-person sections of the required first-year Technology and Operations Management, one in the fall of 2010 and two in the fall of 2011. Led a FIELD II immersion group to Sao Paulo, Brazil in January, 2013, to work with local companies on developing new products or services. Created and taught a doctoral course on Stochastic Modeling in the spring of 2013.

Managed software development teams of 10 – 20 developers co-located throughout the U.S. and India. Provided feedback, career guidance, and leadership mentoring as well as technical direction and reviews of product architecture decisions. Designed, developed, and deployed multi-million dollar software application to Ford Motor Company.

Developed and directed development for carOrder.com user interface, interactive configuration, pricing, and ordering components. Developed significant algorithmic components for Trilogy’s Automotive Configuration Management software.
