Supervised an 8 person team of business analysts and processors.• Partnered with the IT group to design and implement a new electronic file flow for property appraisals to comply with new regulatory requirements and yet, maintain efficient review by underwriters. • Collaborated to design and implement an enhancement to allow offsite contract underwriters to participate in the same electronic workflow as onsite employee underwriters.Also, previously led a team of 15 – 20 mortgage underwriters. Closely monitored an electronic workflow that produced 100 – 200 completed files per day. Resolved issues with the workflow and an underwriting module used to produce credit decisions for external customers. Communicated with Sales to maintain or exceed expected service levels.
