Current• Responsible for managing both the revenue and cost elements of the business unit income statement• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business unit.• Oversees marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business unit.• Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results for the business unit.• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.• Ensure overall delivery and quality of the business unit offering to customers. • Engage in key or targeted customer development activities. • Communicate strategy and results to the business unit employees. • Report key results to directors and corporate officers. • Engage with directors and corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning
