Mr. Nyhoff is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience driving shareholder value creation in organizations spanning three continents and seventeen countries. He possesses extensive private equity investing and operating management experience, serving in executive leadership positions at numerous companies in North America, Europe and Asia. In addition, Doug has significant consulting experience, advising Fortune 500 companies on a range of critical strategic, operating, financial and M&A related issues.Mr. Nyhoff worked, lived and traveled extensively throughout China and broader Asia over a decade, where he focused on cross-border investments and providing operating management, board and M&A experience to local and international companies. In addition to Asia, Doug previously worked throughout Europe and started his career in North America. Earlier private equity experience involved serving as Director, CEO, President and COO of numerous companies across a variety of industries and leading investment and expansion activities of companies into China and the surrounding region. Previous employers include EMG, Carlyle, Bain and E&Y.Doug is currently an active personal investor and board member in early growth companies across a range of industries, working closely with management teams in both domestic and foreign markets on a broad range of issues.
