With a focus on market appraisals and owner representation I am now Principal of Arc Consulting Partners (Hospitality) Ltd after being in sole practice since 1998 and continue to work with the original LLP founders who remain as Associates. Arc's independent consultancy support assists owners, investors and management in developing their business interests in the hotel/accommodation sector. Projects have been undertaken for both public and private clients in the assessment and asset management of a range of site and market opportunities primarily in hotels and pubs and in representing international companies requiring sector specific services in the European arena. Relevant sector experience was gained in operations (Grand Metropolitan Hotels, Inter Continental Hotel, Forte and Gleneagles), Consultancy (Horwath & Horwath) and sector specific investment banking (Nomura International plc and NRI). This latter role involved 3 years as owners representative within a pub property company.
