I worked with representatives across multiple departments to oversee the daily functions of all transportation safety specific protocols and programs for over 700 heavy and 1,000 light vehicles; including program development, regulatory compliance, permitting, drivers training, driver records management, driver behaviour management, government consultation, etc. I collaborated with industry professionals to develop and implement a custom in-vehicle monitoring systems used to evaluate and correct driver behaviours, which lead to dramatic decreases in severity and frequency of motor vehicle collisions, as well as reduced fleet operating costs I was also responsible for leading the implementation of the Baker Hughes HSE management system throughout Canadian operations in an effort to streamline and consolidate standards
