We are the voice of private landlords to local and national government in England and Wales and work closely with the Scottish Association of Landlords to do the same in Scotland.I was a key player in merging the two organisations and overcoming the many obstacles involved prior to the merger. My role as a non-executive director is now to support the Chair and Chief Exec and hold to account what it is doing ensuring it is following the original vision to support landlords and make the private rented sector better for both tenants and landlords.I have a particular interest in the evolving path in Wales that results in it becoming a very different legal environment for landlords. I am actively involved in giving comment to media and stakeholder groups.
