NuvoLogic Consulting, Inc. and Summit Consulting, LLC, formed a joint venture under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program to establish NuvoSum. NuvoSum was contracted to support HUD Multifamily offices in an effort to reduce the HUD Multifamily backlog for the processing of HUD 223(f) and 223 (a) (7) loan programs. As the subcontractor, my responsibilities included review and processing of the Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Lender application submissions insuring that they were in conformance with HUD MAP Guidelines. I also prepare the firm commitments with required attachments for HUD to issue to the lender. In addition, I am required to work with HUD Asset Managers and HUD Technical personnel in order to complete HUD generated documents needed to complete the review process. The majority of the transactions are processed through the HUD 223 (f) and HUD 223 (a) (7) programs either as new refinances or refinances of loans already in the HUD portfolio.

Armada Analytics is an independent contract-based commercial real estate service provider of commercial real estate underwriting, due diligence and asset management consultancy for Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac and HUD lending programs. My responsibilities included completing HUD LEAN 232 - Transfers of Physical Assets (TPAs) assignments, by working in conjunction with the HUD lender’s asset management departments. I also provided support as an analyst/processor to assist the HUD Lender’s Designated MAP Underwriters in completing full underwriting of permanent financing for HUD LEAN 232 loans. In addition, my assignments included critical review of third-party reports; Appraisals, Physical Needs Assessments (PNA) and Environmental Assessments (Phase 1, Phase 2 and HEROS reports). Other assignments included completing sections of underwriting narratives used by the Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac and HUD lending programs.
