Team Leader, OmniPlus Conversion Certification Nov 08- Mar. 09(TIAA-CREF, Charlotte, NC)Led a project team responsible for certifying remittance/payroll processing post conversion to the OmniPlus recordkeeping system. This included the implementation of the overall organizational structure to provide remittance processing support to plan administrators. Responsibilities also included leading the team in developing and documenting standard operating procedures as well as maintaining agreed upon service levels. Oversaw the development, maintenance, and administration of a project budget while managing staff augmentation based on the migration schedule. Interacted with other conversion project units communicating conversion issues and remediation efforts. Provided consistent communication on project status to senior management.

Provided full service plan administration to 12 defined contribution plans totaling $880 million in assets. Assisted in research and resolution of plan administrative issues including plan document review and day to day questions. Acted as the direct liaison between business and the customer ensuring quick resolution to any issue. Calculated large company contributions and generated extensive reports as requested. Participated in client enrollment meetings improving employee participation rates.
