I have the good fortune of working with a lot of great people who are doing amazing work in the diverse fields of solar, advanced materials, and ecosystem building. If you asked those who know me, they would say that I combine a deep technical expertise with the ability to talk to a broad audience. This has provided invaluable in fundraising for startups, leading international research initiatives, and securing grant funding from federal agencies and family offices. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and STEM education as forces for improving economic outcomes regardless of background. Some of the things I am proud of include:-Co-founding my first company while still pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Arkansas and secured seed funding for the venture 9 days prior to successfully defending his dissertation.-Leading an interdisciplinary team to compete in 23 international business competitions where we placed in the top three/finalist in every competition and won 12 of them outright. -Closing the NASDAQ-Named one of the "Nation's Top New Inventors" by Inventors Digest for contributions to solar-Recognized as an Arkansas Business “Top 20 in their 20s” and subsequently a "40 under 40" in addition to a Northwest Arkansas Business Journal “Fast 15”-Serving as a founding board member of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association and corresponding Foundation.

My focus was on computational electromagnetics which included making realistic models of the breast/tumor including the inhomogeneous nature of the materials. Integrating these models with antennas that I designed we were able to get the first simulation results for a realistic diagnostic tool. Software used included Ansoft HFSS, FEKO, in-house FDTD software and SolidWorks.During my PhD work shifted to fabricating and testing the MEMS antennas designed during my Masters degree. This included logging over 2000 cleanroom hours in the UofA High Density Electronics Center where I become proficient on all standard semiconductor processing tools including Sputtering, DRIE, Lithography, and PECVD.
