I was responsible for partnering with the Creative Director, R&D, Art Department, Graphic design, Web, and Marketing teams to develop strategies for creating relevant photographic assets. I utilized cutting-edge technology and equipment to drive modern and professional shoots. I coordinated models and talent to ensure a productive and timely photoshoot. I was personally overseeing all creativity for image production and HTML 360 with Ortey 280PhotoBooth. I archived images for easy accessibility across multiple departments. Additionally, I conceived and constructed an appropriate studio and lighting set.• I created and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the entire photography department.• I consistently met hectic deadline schedules for new product releases.• I developed and built a company database for information accuracy, website properties, and IT integration.

I was responsible for coordinating all model, product, and Look Book photoshoots within the GUESS in-house studio for new product releases, E-Blast, and Gift Books. I designed and created a fully staffed, In-House Photo Studio. I set a new SOP for Photo Studio Manager and retouches. I charged a team to photograph high-quality, creative, and beautiful images in adherence with GUESS branding guidelines. I consistently met high volume, high-quality, daily shot list deadlines for 4 different websites. I photographed high-end images in a high-demand, deadline-driven setting.• I designed and implemented the in-house studio for freelance photography under the Guess umbrella to save the company approximately $750k annually.• I strategically recruited, trained, and placed 5 full-time photoshop re-touchers and a studio manager for the new GUESS In-House Fashion Studio.• I ensured the booking of models, hiring of freelance talent, and team building in accordance with the pre-approved budget.
