In my current role I develop, manage and coordinate training for various industries in western Nebraska. My current focus is on training for law enforcement, fire departments, financial institutions, and safety. In addition, I coordinate the college's relationship with Cabela's, Inc. We offer Cabela's a series of online and face-to-face trainings with a focus on building bench strength as they grow for the future.

Work with a team of professionals at the Harms Advanced Technology Center on the campus of Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, NE. Create and direct business and industry training programs for the high/low bay training facility. Focus on certificate programs, economic development and job creation programs for the entire Panhandle of Nebraska.

I moved my practice from First National Bank of Wyoming to a partnership with a local accounting practice. Provided independent financial services, investments, life insurance, education planning and retirement planning services to the firm's client base. I was responsible for marketing, client relationship management, prospecting, advising clients and implementing financial plans.

Worked exclusively with AXA's top producers. Provided life insurance case support for high net worth clients. Services ranged from creation marketing material to in-depth estate and insurance analysis. Created a spreadsheet to analyze split dollar life insurance safe harbor options that was implemented throughout the organization.

Initial position out of graduate school. Worked as a member of the Financial Planning Center located in Alpharetta, GA. Served as a liaison between advisors in the field and the planning office. Reviewed over 400 personal financial plans for compliance issues, accuracy, correct use of software and planning ideas. Worked directly the sales force to improve number of plans created and quality of plans delivered to clients. Created and implemented a program to allow Alpharetta personnel to input data for field advisors in an effort to increase the total number of financial plans produced.
