I am a member of the Industrial Goods and Aerospace & Defense practices at Boston Consulting Group, and am an expert in aerospace and defense operations. I have a broad mix of functional topic experience, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), engineering, supply chain, organizational design, agile ways of working, digital, and strategy.I have deep experience in aviation line level, airframe and engine shop transformation, maintenance programs optimization, engineering and maintenance information systems, supply chain operations and procurement, 5G, digital, and AI strategy -- and drive major Program recovery efforts across these topics. My client work focuses, in particular, on aviation MRO and supply chain in the private sector and government.I am our Washington, DC office Operations Practice Lead, and co-lead our Washington Metro Area Marketing Committee. I launched and have helped lead the BCG Fellows pro-bono consulting program in the DC office since 2015.
