Doug Waller has almost 20 years of leadership experience in sales, strategy, insights, analytics, and operations. Doug is currently the VP of Retail for Harry’s, where he leads the cross-functional Retail Team for the Harry’s and Flamingo brands repeating over $500M in $ Sales. Prior to Harry’s, Doug served as the Chief Revenue Officer for InContext Solutions, a tech startup that delivers virtual reality enabled insights to leading CPG manufacturers and retailers. Prior to InContext Solutions, Doug led sales strategy, insights, and analytics for the Coca-Cola Walmart and Sam’s Club customer teams for 4+ years. In this role, Doug led the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, strategic initiatives, and capabilities for the entire cross-functional team. Prior to Coca-Cola, Doug held numerous leadership roles at Procter and Gamble (P&G) over 7+ years including the lead shopper insights role for the P&G Walmart Health and Beauty Care team. Prior to his CPG/Supplier career, Doug served 6 years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and completed two deployments to the Northern Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Doug has a B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) and a M.A. from the University of Maryland.
