Define and implement long and short-term objectives that align with corporate goals, driving annual regional revenue to ~ $500M. -Increased revenue 3 years in a row by ~$45M through new sales, retention, and 3 M&A’s.-Significantly improved EBITDA by $3M vs prior year through operational and transportation improvements, contract negotiations, 3 Tuck-In (M&A) integrations, and reduction in overtime by 10%. -Broke Digital Solutions month achievement revenue record by achieving $1.5 million in December at 68% margin.-Organized the acquisition of a competitor, Recall Records Management.-Decertified 1 union in New Jersey in 2018 through strategic planning, leadership, and labor strategies. -Instituted incentive program and promoted safety first culture to reduce TRIR by 1.5 points 2 years in a row.-Created a multi-pronged strategy around recruiting structure, employee onboarding and training, and market pay assessments. -Drove several programs to improve diversity and inclusion at all ranks. -Assisted in creating leadership development plans to champion junior leaders and collaborated with HR to create management and Six Sigma trainings (Lean and Green Belt) for over 5 leaders in NJ. -Set Destruction (600,000) and Re-box (52,000) record for 2018 resulting in exceeding financials for the Region.-Increased service margin by over 60% in the Release of Information business line. -Consolidated entire transportation depot resulting in a savings of over $200k for the Region.
