Designed, developed, tested and deployed the middleware for AT&T Wireless’s new 3G-network serving hundreds of thousands of customers a day. This was implemented using the Vitria middleware tools and all of its related Java and CORBA products. Responsible for standards, training and technology implementation of a team of eight Developers as well as supporting a team of nine testers with the development of testing tools and environment support. Highlights of this implementation were negotiating, developing and implementing the API's, XML Web interfaces, and security protocols and procedures of both internal customers to AT&T and its external affiliates. Developed the deployment and support protocols for this system as well as serving as tier three support. Recognized as an outstanding developer and architect I was designated a contributor to the architecture board for AT&T Wireless for both Web development design and security protocols and implementations. The implementation of this middleware tool was by far the most shining example of timely delivery, functionality, flexibility and most importantly stability in the massive conversion to the next generation wireless network.
