• Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources and contribute to overall budget of Marketing department.• Launch FNBM social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc• Provide input to Social Media Marketing performance across all FNBM Social Media platforms • Design and implement Social Media strategy that supports and extends business objectives and brand building initiatives, both short- and long-term• Integrate Social Media activities within traditional marketing campaigns• Ensure the effective application of the Social Media marketing budgets and contributes to the targets for return on investment on marketing spend• Ensure all Social Media content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience. Ensure simple, clear, concise, and grammatically correct Social Media content appropriately adapted for the various channels and segments• Manage website content from a commercial and brand building perspective • Provide input into standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for Social Media Marketing. Lead the brand positioning internally and externally, including development of in-depth knowledge of customer needs and analyze trends to ensure key performance metrics are properly monitored• Liaise content creation with other areas of the business (Corporate, Retail, Human Capital, etc.)
