Developed an embedded controller which monitors rainfall and rain storage tanks, and controls multiple pumps and irrigation zones for disbursal, with monitor data stored in a remote SQL Server. Developed an embedded monitor to augment septic hardware manufacturers control systems, providing monitoring required by new regulations. Developed using Windows CE, VB.Net, Web Services, and SQL Server.

Part of the Navision customization and implementation team. Initially brought on as developer; then moved to lead developer role. Responsibilities included: migration of legacy data to the Navision (SQL Server) environment, evaluating issue and new requirement requests, assigning to programmers, follow-up with customer management and CG management.

Developed 30+ projects mostly using VB.Net and Visual Basic against SQL Server databases, both as an individual and as a team member or lead developer.

Developed a number of applications for a client insurance company, including bond quoting, employee benefits, plastic card loss analysis, and data migration, using Visual Basic, VBScript, and interfacing with mainframe databases.Developed a financial services website using Classic ASP and DB/2.

For a large manufacturer, managed the development of a Visual Basic/Oracle data migration/archival application. The application migrated data between multiple in-house systems and a commercial scheduler, and provided storage of historical data for scheduling. Participated in development of specifications and was the acting Oracle 7 DBA. Conducted user interviews in two countries to determine system requirements.

Developed Visual Basic applications to implement electronic stocklists for tool and die manufacture, and mapping statistical analysis onto product images.
