I am responsible for the financial and economic restructuring, implementation and management of internal controls and financial and tax procedures in accordance with accounting standards. Highlight of my performance for the improvement of liquidity by 10 million euros since I joined the company, considering investments made in the same period in the amount of 30 million euros. I faced the biggest challenge of maintaining an intense control of the raw material for monthly production, due to the lack of acquisition of dollars for purchases of raw materials that was done through approvals and government controls. I led the areas of Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Costs, Controllership and FP&A, supervising a team of 35 associates. I stood out for ensuring a solid profitability, keeping the margin within the limits stipulated by the government, as well as controlling the recovery of secondary costs in an environment with billing and costs in local currency, while raw materials were impacted by the dollar under government clearance and under the effect of a mega devaluation. I achieved 2% past due of delinquency in the midst of a highly inflated market, as well as maintaining the motivation of the team in the face of shortages of essential products and health care that plagued Venezuela. Offered support in the review of the external audit, ensuring no inconsistencies. Reporting to the President (Venezuela) and Vice President of Finance (Latin America), I demonstrated high ability to conduct complex financial operations in an unstable economy regulated by the Government.

Goodyear Latin America is one of the most important global regions, covering operations in 8 countries but covering all of South and Central America, employing more than 5000 employees with a turnover of more than 2 billion dollars. Reporting directly to Global FP&A (United States) and to the Vice President of Finance (Latin America), I served as Director of the FP&A Latam area and as Business Comptroller for the area of automobiles and trucks / buses. I was Manager of a team of 27 employees (2 senior managers, 3 direct associates and 22 indirect in each Latin American country).
