Direct and reconcile transactions between all separate legal entities for internal and external reporting. Including, but not limited to: inventory transfers, sales, COGS, financing, payroll, and intercompany payables/receivables.Assist the Corporate Accounting Team on projects relating to driving efficiencies in reporting.Month end work including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and completion of other ad hoc requests.Assist with the preparation of monthly internal financial package.Participation in ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews and maintenance.

-Apply fundamental accounting practices to support the business needs of clients-Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports-Provide tax compliance services to individuals and businesses-Analyze information submitted by clients, and contact clients with questions as necessary

• Prepare returns for sole proprietorships, partnerships, S-Corps, personal property, and 1099s• Enter payroll and provide bookkeeping services for business clients• Examine client’s personal documents and financial statements for any potential tax issues

• Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries to be posted in the general ledger• Create reports for engineering resource allocation, budget forecasts, and operations metrics• Assist in coordination and organization of Finance Department social and volunteer events• Investigate bill of material and inventory transactions for issues relating to unexpected costs
