Responsible for actuarial assessment of probabilities for analyzing potential claims. Developed computerized programs and procedures for calculating expected payouts. Negotiated primary and reinsurance agreements with various underwriting facilities including American International Group and North American Reinsurance. Responsible as Chief Operating Officer for all company operations, budget and supervision of in-house staff of 60 employees. Developed product line and pricing schemes and negotiated commission terms with insurance agencies and brokers. Manuscripted all contracts and policies. Assisted in capitalization and licensing of Sports Prize Indemnity Ltd., a Cayman offshore insurance captive, exclusively for SCA. Responsible for all claims investigations and settlements. Designed and produced all marketing and advertising materials. Responsible for development of strategy and execution of promotions for SCA’s clients.
