As an Assistant Store Manager for Gamestop, I was responsible for the daily operations of our store, including;• Tracking employee KPI’so Reservations, which I consistently maintained a personal rank of 20%, and helped the store to maintain between 10-15%o Replacements Plans sold, which we maintained around the company average of 10% in a small marketo Game Play Guarantees, hard sells of insurance on the discs that we would sell, which I maintained a roughly 25% on, and helped the store to hover around the 20% success rateo Payroll, which was set by corporate, but was adjusted at the store level when hours were cuto Shrink, which I helped to improve from roughly 10% when audited in 2011, to 8% in 2012, and 6% in 2013 with thorough inventory procedures and watchful behavior• Maintaining proper inventory, and following all corporate-set policies and procedures for incoming and outgoing freight• Interviewed, hired, and trained twelve different employees in nearly two years, six of whom moved on to management roles either after I left or at other stores• Helped to raise the store’s overall ranking from the bottom 20th percentile into being consistently ranked from the 60th to 70th percentile, topping out in the top 10% of the company several times• Handled the day to day operations, including cash drops and setting the daily agenda• Worked with customers in a retail sales environment
