• As an Assistant Store Manager for Gamestop, I was responsible for the daily operations of our store, including;
• Tracking employee KPI’so Reservations, which I consistently maintained a personal rank of 20%, and helped the store to maintain between 10-15%o Replacements Plans sold, which we maintained around the company average of.
• Maintaining proper inventory, and following all corporate-set policies and procedures for incoming and outgoing freight
• Interviewed, hired, and trained twelve different employees in nearly two years, six of whom moved on to management roles either after I left or at other stores
• Helped to raise the store’s overall ranking from the bottom 20th percentile into being consistently ranked from the 60th to 70th percentile, topping out in the top 10% of the company several times
