At my core, I strive to be a marketing and internet solutions partner to the organizations Evolve assists. I started in this business as a Website & User Interface Designer with a strong experience in writing CSS & HTML following W3C standards for Internet and Intranet applications. As a direct consultant, or using Evolve's full staff, I assist companies with their User Experience (UX), Marketing Strategy and SEO. I've directed all aspects of Evolve Solutions' management from sales to a customer's marketing or internet strategy through the implementation of those essential collateral pieces. My primary function at Evolve Solutions is as Project Manager with an ability to listen and ascertain a client's challenges and issues then deliver high quality plans, products and services, specifically tailored to the entity's needs. Late in 2020, I then got into improv acting and stand up comedy on social media. I've starred in several one act "plays", 20 minute to 3 hour one take productions, voicing anything from leprechauns, cajun chefs, large transformer robot/trucks, Neo from the Matrix movies, and other bit parts. In 2022, I was asked to remote film myself for a documentary movie. After further discussions with the production staff, I was offered an AD role in the movie. It has been put on hold, temporarily, until the strikes are over, but should go to streaming media sometime in 2024.

Head Soccer CoachLysa Jun 2018 - Jul 2024For the newly formed Lowell Youth Soccer Association club associated with Lowell Middle School, Douglas Kelly has taken the role of Head Soccer Coach. This is a parent and board run organization not currently funded or sanctioned by the school district, but can form teams and play other middle schools in the area. The organization is a non-profit listed with the State of Michigan devoted to soccer. LYSA's aim is to provide alternatives to travel club soccer for 7th graders, and a place to play for 8th grade U15 girls who often can't play in the Spring. Our biggest goal is to help middle school age players continue their soccer education and keep up their skills headed into High School. Coach Kelly is a National E-Level US Soccer certified coach working towards his National-D certification. He's coached soccer since 1989 in Colorado and Michigan for many levels of age and skill level.
