Current• Disassembly, building, repair and upgrades of desktop and laptops• Software and hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting• Data recovery• Customer system warranty repairs and DOA RMA’s• Advanced ticket management with clear but thorough notes• Managing customer tension through clear communication• Remotely connect to customers computers for assistance• Maintain an effective and organized workspace• Train junior technicians on process and procedures as well as teach troubleshooting and repair skills
