Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures. Subject Matter Expert to the Senior Manager and CEO on the Stryker Combat Platforms.-Develop, conduct, and administer crew qualifications for 364 stabilized weapons platforms and 120 unstabilized weapons platforms.-Supervised 26 unit Program Managers through out 4th Infantry Division.-Managed, reviewed, and approved requests for training in approximately 345,000 acres for units to train either at Fort Carson or Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site.-Trained over 400 employees in Vehicle Crew Elevator program, which resulted in reduced crews from having to attempt a second qualification.-Conducted weekly meetings with subordinate Land Mangers and Program Managers to resolve training conflicts on Fort Carson, resulting priority units getting training areas and resources they need and secondary units getting equivalent training areas to conduct their training.-Advised and assisted the Manager in developing Company procedures for the Army's first Stryker Heavy Troop.-Assisted and trained subordinate units without a Program Manager in developing qualifications and establishing a training program.-Developed and wrote procedures for 4th Infantry Division to streamline training resource requests and approvals, crew training development and approval process, and selecting 4th Infantry Division Best Tank or Best Scout Squad teams.-Established a roster of all trained Program Managers, within 4th Infantry Division, current positions and time in position.-Established a training program for future Program Managers for Abrams tanks, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, Strykers, and Mounted Machine Guns. Resourced classroom, developed classes, and procedures for selection of Program Manager Candidates.

Senior adviser to manager on maintenance, employee moral, technical and tactical plans of an Armor and Mobile Gun System platoon.-Maintained counseling and training records for 15 personnel, to provide guidance for each member to improve themselves or recommend help from community outreach agencies on Fort Carson.-Provided assistance to a widow and her two children as a Casualty Assistance Officer; conducted seamless transition to Survivors Outreach Service on Fort Carson.-As a Casualty Assistance Officer, maintained classified records of the casualty and widow, as I assisted her with dealing with government agencies on Fort Carson, CO.- Shift work would result in covering 24-hour period, which would require checking that facilities and vehicle parks were locked.-Lead a team of managers in the care and welfare of 10 employees and their families.

Trained and developed employees with the Military Occupational Specialty of 11B (Infantry) and 19D (Cavalry Scout) in a fast paced 16 week training environment.-Maintained paper and digital copies of training records for 30 trainees during 16 weeks of Basic Combat and Advanced Individual Training.-Assisted employees with getting help for personal, financial, and behavioral health issues from community agencies on Fort Benning, GA.-Referred trainees to appropriate agencies both in and out of Department of Defense for continued care and assistance, allowing trainees to have a well rounded support.-Energetic when conducting training with new recruits in their 16 weeks of training, resulting in 90% graduating from training.-Developed, planned, and administered challenging real-world training for 240 transitioning civilians during the 16-week training course.-Every few weeks would conduct 24-hour shift work, ensuring the safety and accountability of the 240 employees.
