Throughout nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing, I held various leadership roles in Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial functions, as well as serving as Group VP. My career spans across industry giants such as Unilever in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, and Autocam and NN, Inc., where I spent the last 20 years in the automotive, medical, and general industries. During this time, I managed global operations across North America, Brazil, Poland, France, and China, serving major OEMs and Tier 1 customers, including Bosch, Cummins, ZF, Stellantis, BorgWarner, Mahle, Nidec, and Denso.I consider myself a life-long learner. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in Brazil, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in collaboration with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and recently in 2023 a Master of Science in Strategy and Innovation from Fundação Dom Cabral.At Wolverine Advanced Materials, our team is dedicated to delivering specialized materials and components, including high-performance elastomer-coated metals, shims, and gaskets that are integral to the Automotive Brake NVH and Sealing industries.
