I lead mergers and acquisitions integration and corporate strategy development and deployment for CFS Brands while driving manufacturing and supply chain improvement initiatives.

• I oversaw manufacturing operations for two locations locations in Mexico, both of which were recently acquired entities, totaling 450 total employees and $60MM in combined sales. I developed management teams with a focus on implementing The CFS Operating System and MDI. I managed one of the plants during management transition post-integration and successfully placed plant manager.• I developed and implemented across 6 plants the CFS Brands Operating System, focused on safety program improvement, employee alignment, and manufacturing best practices.• I led a cross-functional team to localize production of $20M of purchases from Asia to CFS Brands facilities and outsource partners, primarily in Mexico with an EBITDA impact of $5.3MM annually.• I project managed a Centers of Excellence Process to reallocate plant resources into centers aligned on internal expertise and lower cost. Project achieved $1.6MM EBITDA impact in 2022.

• I built and implemented the strategy and standardized processes for acquisition integration in CFS Brands. Through cross-functional team, led the full integration of three acquisitions as well as two complete facility closures and relocations from the US to Mexico.• I developed financial performance reporting tools for acquisition synergies. Achieved $20.1MM of synergy through integration projects against goal of $19MM, or 106% realization.

• I drove Lean transformation in the plant through employee engagement and targeted improvement events. I led overall continuous improvement and led-time reduction strategy through Value Stream Map development and subsequent problem identification.• I achieved a 0.00 incident rate in 2017, with zero recordable injuries. My plant also surpassed 3 years with no lost time injuries. I achieved these results by driving a 68% increase in ‘Near Miss’ reporting as well as constant safety emphasis through supervisors, employee engagement, and safety events.• I drove a Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) culture and supporting initiatives in both injection and rotational molding. In our first year, we decreased overall plant average changeover time by 23%, including decreasing changeover time on a model machine by 67%.

I led a team of analysts and support personnel responsible for planning and execution of external logistics to supported units.

I served as the Battalion Operations Officer for a Brigade Support Battalion. I was responsible for current and future operations for the battalion. I led operations for the batallion through the train-up and execution of a National Training Center rotation in summer of 2021.

I led a Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) of 70 soldiers in support of a Brigade Support Battalion.

Leader of a 110 soldier Forward Support Company responsible for all primary life support for a Light Infantry Battalion. Lead through direction and mentoring of 3 Lieutenants, 1 Warrant Officer, and First Sergeant,Highlights; • I served as Company Commander and Battalion Logistics Officer during Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. I developed support strategy to get 80 vehicles and 400 soldiers from Oklahoma City, OK to Beaumont, Texas and back. Was awarded Army Meritorious Service Medal for results.

I fulfilled vacant Battalion Operations Officer role for duration of assignment. I led battalion current operations and plans activities for a 400-member Brigade Support Battalion.Highlights:• I led Battalion planning for a large convoy from Oklahoma to California and back over a 2 week period. I designed a standard 'playbook' for each vehicle to ensure all soldiers had all pertinent information for current days activities. I oversaw execution of event, which culminated in a successful mission with no incidents.• I redesigned and streamlined orders production process with a goal of getting accurate and timely information to subordinate units as quickly as possible.

Responsible for commodity planning and support plan execution for a 5400-soldier brigade. Primarily responsible for Food, Water, Construction Materials, and Fuel and building and maintaining overall brigade logistics running estimates. Highlights:• I designed and built a brigade-level modeling program to project and track supply needs and uses during a three-week training exercise. Awarded Army Achievement Medal for results.• I was selected as Deputy Support Operations Officer for Brigade during a National Training Center rotation June - July 2016.
