Oversee the operations and lending the 300MM CU with six-branch locations. Two direct reports VP of Operations and VP of Lending. As the EVP of the 160MM CU, I managed the Vice Presidents of six departments: Lending, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Compliance. In addition to the direct oversight of the IT and Business Lending Departments. I directed the implementation of all major projects, including but not limited to, mobile apps, core system enhancements and expanded executive reporting platform. Since November 2015, the credit union has enjoyed the following results:• Created narrative response to the NCUA in four weeks and because of the thoroughness of the response the NCUA positively cleared four of the six outstanding report items and postponed the interim exam scheduled for March 2016• Lead the development of a top-level CyberSecurity assessment process and ongoing analysis.• Increased ROA from (.49) bps in December 2015 to 1.80 bps in March 2016• Developed expense savings report resulting in over $273,000 in future savings• Uncovered excessive spending on building renovation of over $200,000• Reduced delinquency by 29.7% since December 2015• Reduced net charge offs by 39.0% since December 2015• Increased total recoveries to charged off loan percentage by 134% since December 2015• Established and presented Magnolia’s CORE valueso Communication; Teamwork; Integrity; Recognition and ServiceAdditional areas of impact towards the evolvement of Magnolia FCU include developing AVP of Operations and AVP of Compliance position descriptions then hiring, coaching and promoting both AVPs to VPs.

Responsible for advising the CEO of economic trends and made recommendations to rates, terms and products. As a result assets grew by 9% in the past four years. Developed a quarterly real estate risk assessment which saved the credit union over two million dollars in potential loan losses over the past two years. Implemented CUNA Creating Member Loyalty sales culture and increased cross-sold households percentage by 50% in the past two years.

Implemented strategic planning process developing risk based lending policies and procedures, targeted operating income and internal controls while maintaining assets, capital and delinquency ratios. As a result increased other operating income by 122% in three years, increased earnings by 200% in two years while improving products per member and service levels.

Interview and select employees, train and develop staff, coach employees, conduct performance evaluations, recommend ways to improve moral, productivity, sales and procedures, prepare and conduct meetings to inform employees of changes in policies and procedures, oversee branch operations, comply with internal and external audit controls, compile monthly reports, balance branch and vault on a daily basis, open and close branch and member service.
