Our services are particular useful to US technology companies in need of relocating their foreign talents and development projects to a friendly nearby country where such workers are welcomed to stay and work.

I am a lead founder of Canadian Payroll Services (formerly Cronos Payroll Services), a Canadian based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that employs remote workers in Canada on behalf of foreign companies that do not have a legal presence in Canada.

We recruit power engineers and related technical positions for the Canadian transmission & distribution and and power generation industries.

Sunbelt is the leading business brokerage firm in Canada where we assisted business owners in selling their business by finding buyers for them. I focused on selling manufacturing and technology companies in the Greater Toronto Area. My specialities included performing business valuations (normalization of EBITDA and SDE), preparing LOIs for business acquisitions (share and asset sales), performing due diligence, and arbitrating buyer-seller negotiations.

Sciencetech is a Canadian manufacturer of custom optical spectroscopy and photonics equipment used for scientific research. I managed a technical sales team that sold predominantly to the space, academic research and military industries. My greatest pride was developing a line of commercial solar simulators for the photovolatic research industry and winning a multi-million dollar contract from the European Space Agency to build a terahertz spectrometer that calibrated their Herschel and Planck space based telescope.

I was one of the founders of this technology start-up company that spun out of the J.P Robarts Research Institute (University of Western Ontario) in London, ON. We commercialized a micro-CT scanner (using cone-beam CT technology) for use in biomedical research. The company was later acquired by GE Medical.
