In my role as Regional Manager, I have the opportunity to share my 30 years of experience and skills in a collaborative way to help businesses realize their best competitive futures. By listening, observing, offering ideas for possible solutions, and collaboratively creating plans for execution, the goal of business and organizational improvement can be achieved. In my career, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity work in both large and small organizations, collaborating on projects involving all levels from a line worker to CEO. Consequently, getting cross functional buy-in for large and complex projects is one of my key strengths. This has served me well for enterprise wide projects, but the same principles are valid for any improvement project, large or small. The real value I can bring is to not only identify the challenges, but to also help implement the right solutions while assuring that they have the buy-in and support of all stakeholders to assure organizational alignment. Results are immediate, but the long term impact is where the greatest value lies. I consider it an extreme privilege to work with the talented team at IMEC and our partners to deliver collaborative solutions to Illinois businesses. Show less
