The company was able to grow margins with lower SG&A., through diligent time and territory management, while focusing on sales growth.

Managed supply chain activities between AT&T, major distributors and General Cable, including systems integration and inventory management. Directly responsible for insuring service level expectations for AT&T.• Successfully renewed key contracts with no loss of share.• Negotiated double digit price increase on ~$11MM in wire due to substantial raw material increases passed on to General. Typically, price increases during a contractual agreement period are not accepted by customers.
